Athlete--Author--CoachJoey Cheso is a dedicated strength and conditioning coach hailing from San Mateo, California. A Bay Area native, Joey's athletic journey began early as he immersed himself in a variety of sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, and football. His passion for sports has continued into adulthood, as he remains active by playing in adult football leagues. Now at 33, Joey has channeled his lifelong love for athletics into a professional career, earning multiple strength and conditioning certifications. He is committed to using his expertise to train others, helping them enhance their health and athletic performance.
